The Look Back Plan Ahead Workbook: A Reflection and Goal-Setting Guide

Great way to determine next year’s goals.

I received one of these last year (2021) in a TheraBox gift. It was so helpful and useful that I bought another one for myself for this year (2022) AND bought one for my partner. It's thorough and very helpful in getting one to set up a year that reflects one's values and goals, even if you didn't have concrete goals before you filled out the booklet.

I love it! It's a fun little planner that you can organize your thoughts in. Reminds me a lot of the type of worksheets we used to get in school but kind of upscaled for grown ups and no one deducts points for spelling. :-)
