I love this weighted blanket. Love the soft material. Helps me to relax. This is probably my 10th purchase of this blanket. I bought for myself a couple years ago and fell in love. So I made sure to buy for each bedroom and I've bought many for gifts, just like this purchase. I have the 12lb, 15lb, and 20lb. I would say for an adult, definitely get at least 15 lbs. Definitely a must have item!
