Heretic's 40 inch lightbar is so bright other off roaders mentioned they were able to see it even from a good distance. No more issues with distance at night and fits perfect on my Prinsu roof rack.

Enough lumens to brighten the darkest of hearts

I join the 5-star reviewers here. Installation on the TrailRax roof rack was a snap. I've used it off, and occasionally on, pavement. Plenty of lumens to see irregularities and obstacles from a good distance, as I've done rock crawling as well as fast but unpaved roads (e.g. Pony Express Historic Byway, central Utah) at night. Also handy when you want to nudge some distracted person's attention without hitting the horn, like when they've gotten a green light but haven't moved forward. Heretic's customer service follow-up is first-rate.

Got the Heretic 40" Light Bar to go with my TrailRax rack for my Bronco. Install was pretty straightforward, I followed the Heretic video and connected it directly to one of my upfitter switches. The bar is super bright, at some point I plan to add the Heretic fogs (and maybe ditch too) to complete the look. Pricey, but the quality is really nice, and I think it's one of the best looking low profile options.
