Shampure (Aveda-Scent) - Perfume Oil

It arrived in a USPS plastic bag saying the shipment was damaged. I emailed and filled out the customer support form on the website. I called the customer service number and the person that answered the phone acted as if she didn't know the company and told me I had the wrong number. That was on Thursday evening. It is now Wednesday morning. Still now response. Never had a problem with this company before and I love their products.
