Troubles with returns

I am sure I'd be happy with the baking dish if I could get the one I ordered. I ordered green..Blue came. I returned with request to send green. Aqua arrived. I have emailed to ask what to do and they still ignore that I ordered green and want to return again. I am so frustrated with their customer service.
