Jewelry: Tie Bar

I ordered this tie bar as one of my son’s initiation gifts. It’s not a bad costume jewelry piece. Service was significantly lacking. About 5 weeks out I sent a message to customer service and was told that this item usually takes 5-6 weeks. I emailed them again at 6 weeks and then again after another promised date given had passed. My son moved back from college for the summer. They did update the address after I expressed concern but at no time did they apologize for the delay or inconvenience. It ended up taking 9 weeks to receive. Even though the tie bar is produced by a 3rd party vendor…The Sig Ep Store is the one who I purchased through. I’m not privy to who creates their products. I think I would feel better about this online store if a sincere apology for the large delay had been offered.
