Cilantro Lime Dressing & Marinade

strong vinegar taste

The first time we bought this, we used it as a marinade for chicken thighs, but the flavor charred off on the grill. We purchased again to use as a dip and I did not care for it. It had a strong vinegar taste. Without the overpowering vinegar, I think it would have delicious flavor. Surprisingly my 7 year old son loved it. I really wanted to love it because I love cilantro and lime together.

Great marinade. No Black pepper in the bottle

Love this marinade! It doesn’t have black pepper or other chili or hot spices. It is tasty while gently in the stomach. I have food allergies and this is one marinade I can eat with Salmon. My guests love it too. I wish there were more options to buy without black pepper and chili spices.

Cilantro lime is a fresh tasting salad dressing. I also use it as a white fish marinade and topping. It’s delicious.
