It's wonderful to notice how much more my dog can see while on our walks BECAUSE SHE CAN ACTUALLY SEE OUT OF HER UNSCRATCHED LENSES! She also no longer fights me when I go to put her "sunglasses" on her face. This dog mom now feels guilty that it took me so long to do this. Thank you to the Rex Specs Team for making 'exchanging' ordered "replacement lenses" for the correct type of "replacement lenses" so easy!

Not sure what’s going on. Had a long email exchange with someone at Rex and what I received doesn’t fit. The colors I wanted were not available and my old lens’s are very scratched. So now my two dogs have nothing.

The new lenses don’t fit the frames

My dog has been enjoying “fox leaps” into the grass, and her old lenses are scratched, so I opened the first of two packages of new ones. I’d ordered replacement lenses in the past, and they fit perfectly. These are slightly shorter in width, slightly more curved, and the notches to clip the lenses into the frames are not lined up with the places on the where the lenses should clip in. Do you still sell the lens shape that fits her frames?
