Really not happy.

Ordered a sample and it took 2-3 weeks to get to me. Pricing was good but I got reminder emails every few days about making the purchase. I still had no sample at this point. I emailed about my frustration, and the salesperson was understanding but clearly did not know what to do with me or my situation. They were going to check in on the shipment but that never happened. I did finally get the sample, and I would have not reviewed this, but they are still emailing me asking for it. j
