I live in the United States and initially bought these shoes in a size 42, which ended up being too big. Riccardo from Superglamourous helped me through the entire process of getting the size exchanged to a 41. He continuously stayed in touch with me and proactively assisted when issues with customs arose. I received my correct size just 2 or 3 days after it was sent out. These shoes are amazing! Best looking monk strap shoes I have ever seen. They fit perfect and are very comfortable to wear all day! The quality is exquisite! I will be buying many more of my future shoes and other accessories here. Superglamorous has hit a home run with their product and their service. I am extremely satisfied!!
