Works great!
Used to roll out adhesions on legs and tight spots on upper back. I got my upper back to pop which was extra nice.

Excellent product
Was first introduced to this incredible kit from a dear friend. We took a myofascial yoga class at Kula in Carbondale using the rad roller and it was amazing! Being a massage therapist, I have since suggested this muscle flushing kit to many clients <3
