Delivery issues

It got stuck at the Fedex facility in Cleveland, TN. An associate at Level 99 tried to resolve it for me to no avail. They said my address could not be found. I got a delivery from that Fedex facility at this time and I showed the tracking number to him and he was going to investigate. It was supposed to be returned and refunded...?
