Love this duvet! I’ve been reading more about how sleeping in cooler temperatures helps support deeper sleep, and this duvet wraps me in comfort without trapping heat. I'm no longer stirring in the middle of the night as I'm so cozy. With the silk filling, it feels really luxurious. I’ll definitely be recommending the Kailu Silk duvet to my perimenopause friends!
