I was really excited to try Omnique Tint, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. My first order arrived damaged, which was already disappointing. After getting a replacement, I had one of the best tint shops in my area install it. They took every precaution possible, used the proper products, and did everything they could to minimize contamination during installation.
Even with an experienced installer, the film still developed bubbling and proved to be extremely unforgiving to work with. From what I experienced, this non-ceramic film highlights every little imperfection and doesn’t install nearly as well as I expected.
Looking back, I wish I had gone with a ceramic film like United Auto Films instead. I can’t recommend this product based on my experience, especially considering the condition it arrived in and how difficult it was to achieve a clean installation.
