We purchased a used surfboard for my son. Mybson is new to surfing and I have no background with surfing. I called prior to purchasing and the team was gracious in helping us to identify the appropriate fins to purchase for the board type. When the board arrived, it was as described, but we couldn't figure out how to install the fins. We called again and they walked us through the step by step video and even emailed us an installation video. Unfortunately, the key we needed to install the fins wasn't included in the package, so they sent us one for no charge. They even sent a personalized card with the board that noted that they hoped our son loved the board - information they had from our initial call. I would highly recommend this company. They have been absolutely fantastic and the customer support is the best I've ever received.
