One of the bags were opened . Stray pieces everywhere. And since the bags aren’t labeled (which is crazy ) not sure how to replace it or possibly need a full refund . And the instructions are 3rd world

The wrong item was sent and arrived late. I opened a case via email and heard nothing back. Couldn't use this as a Christmas gift

Never received pafkage

I have not received my package which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They also took days to reply to my customer service email
