Enjoying the courses and learning a lot.

Easy to use

The training module is easy to navigate and I appreciate the bite sized information on each screen. It's also good having access to download and print the book pdf (if you want) to accompany the training module. I would like to see in future the ability to download all screens from the actual module. These can be handy images to use as references for visual learners. I find I am taking a lot of screenshots. It would be good to see more practical exercises to help practice my learning. Please give me more topics or examples of text to practice editing or writing with and an accompanying checklist of things to check my writing with (such as apostrophe rules etc).

Complete package to increase your skills

I have completed the full set of courses, and found it easy to fit in with gaps in work, easy to follow, and very easy to pick up. You move at your own pace and there is never any pressure. Much easier for someone like me where finding time to go to a higher education point is difficult. The support behind the system is also very good - the 2 issues had were answered within an hour, and fixed within a day. Very highly recommended.
