Customer service is terrible. I have called and left messages and emailed for assistance. The only persistent communication after my purchase has been these emails asking me to review. So here it is, my review… the dolls are ok although I believe in representation and I love that aspect of my purchase. However, please respond to my email or call me. Not sure the price tag is with it I do look at other brands as well and some are priced similarly. I chose Orijin because I wanted to support a black woman owned company if I’m going to pay the same price.
