2015 to 2026<br> Honda Pioneer 500/520 — 1.5in Lift Kit

Very easy to install gave it the perfect lift and clearance I was looking for.

This Lift gave me the ground clearance I was looking for! It fit my 2026 Honda Pioneer 520 perfectly! Took about 2 hours to install only because I didn’t have the strut tool.

Bottom line: The lift was a true 1-1/2" just as advertised. This lift seemed just enough that treetops (left on the ground from logging) were much more easily traversed without banging on the skid plates. My 520 is used for hunting a Lower Mississippi River island...mud reigns supreme. To get where we're going we have to follow in the ruts made by larger vehicles (only one rut riding at an angle). PERFEX, so far, has kept us from bottoming out and getting stuck. Installation: The engineering is precise. All parts had an exact fit. The only challenge is compressing the front springs to install the spring spacer. I used a motorcycle spring compressor (TUSK - Amazon). Ride: Other than perceptively being a bit higher there was no difference in handling or ride quality. This could be attributed to slower speeds in soft mud. Closing: Don't expect Big Foot results (the Monster Truck - not the real monster). The 520 takes a fair amount of work and expensive parts/tires to get an appreciable amount of lift. This is a great start and (IMHO) is the best kit around.
