Much leaner than a ribeye. . . . .

It looked and tasted more like a New York with hardly any marbling/fat. I have never tasted such a lean ribeye but I trust that it was a ribeye. I still appreciated the quality of the meat knowing where it came from.

Best

Ground bison was smaxing. Elk burgers were good. Trying the bison steaks tomorrow. Pups loved the smoked bones and the packaging was perfect! I live in Vegas so I was a little worried about the heat. Five stars so far and will order again!!
