As a newbie blacksmith/knifemaker, I really appreciate when hard to come by money is well spent. I always feel that way with my Combat Abrasives belts. Most of my steel is very thick leaf spring steel that takes a LOT of grinding to get thinned down to useable thickness for a knife. Combat’s coarse 36 grit silica belts really hog it off! I did three K-Bar knives with one belt! Combat’s customer service is outstanding and shipping is FAST,! I see no reason to buy elsewhere.
