I have been using pureclinica's Bio-Joint formula for quite a while now, and after reading many good reviews, I have added this Hyaluronic acid to my daily supplementation. The thing with joint formulas is that you don't really notice the benefits until you stop taking them - and then you feel the aches and stiffness coming back!
