Elegant Fascinator Wedding Kentucky Derby Hat

Beautiful color but hat not as pictured

Order and delivery were excellent but the hat I received is not exactly as picured - it is oriented sideways and has tulle and feathers instead of sinemay and feathers. It is also described as a headband but has an elastic band instead. I would have preferred the hat as pictured but it is still a beautiful color and I will keep it.
