I ordered a table runner that I mistakenly thought only came in one color. It did not match my decor. Customer service reached out to explain there is a drop down menu that I didn't know was there, and that the runner does indeed come in many colors. I placed another order not only for the color I had wanted, but a second one as well. I've purchased from this company in the past and their products are quality made and far surpass any others.
