Service is great!

I only needed 1 sweatshirt for a customer. They previously ordered 10 but someone lost theirs and needed a replacement. The shipping cost the same as the sweatshirt. I hated to charge the customer the $30 for 1 sweatshirt 15 and 15 shipping, and didn’t charge my labor so it wasn’t terrible. It’d be nice if they could see this was a repeat order and give a break on shipping. The did send it in 2 days opposed to regular so maybe that was the concession. Anyway we’re all happy and I appreciate the quick turnaround.
