I purchased the Split-Ender from Korea. I made a change to my order after placing it, and the customer service team handled it very kindly and quickly. Shipping was also very fast. My first impression when I received the product was that it felt very well made and high quality. Since my hair is bleached, the ends are quite damaged. I used the Split-Ender after washing my hair, without applying any other products, and I was really impressed with the results. My hair was much easier to brush through and looked noticeably smoother and shinier. A small amount of trimmed hair does sometimes come out of the device while I’m using it, but it’s actually less than the amount of hair I normally shed while drying my hair, so it doesn’t bother me at all. This is a great tool and performs exactly as advertised! My daughter pulls her hair out when she is in manic mode. This tool made her hair look smooth. It took away all of her flyaways from uneven hair….we love it!
