Angler's Fish-n-Mate Cart Grey Tire 686-XL

Love the bigger wheels for ground clearance and weight distribution. Put my daughter, cooler, tackle and few other things and had no problem.the poly tires have a nice thickness that took away my concerns of traveling several blocks on concrete and asphalt. Very pleased with quality of cart, light but durable.

Fishing cart

Received this cart on October 20. The box was severely damaged. It had a hole 12 to 16 inches in diameter with a 2 foot /going straight down the side. I notified customer service in an email. They responded the next business day being Monday asking for a picture. I sent a picture of the severely damaged box requested that they send me a new tire. They responded asking that I open the box try to inflate the tire and send a new picture of the tire. I I felt the picture I sent with the severe damage to the box should warrant a request for the tire. I was very disappointed that Matt and customer service was unwilling to do anything for me, other than send me a label to return the box. So that’s why I’m giving it a one rating. I’m not sure if I can get it returned to them and they require 30 days but I guess that’s my problem..
