Beautiful fragrance oils BUT NO customer service

Love these fragrance oils. BUT I ordered a 50ml bottle of lavender, with other bottles being 30ml and I only got a 30ml of lavender. Was charged for the bigger bottle. Emailed the company and asked for refund of price difference or a replacement with correct size. No response from them and I’ve waited over 2 weeks
