We live in portland, oregon and are surrounded by gourmet roasters amd excellent coffee. We have been so pleasantly surprised with this small, ethical, delicious roaster from TX. We have been telling everyone we know who loves good coffee about them. We do a daily grind fresh with pour over drip coffee. It is magical and may be the best part of my day.
