Super Ego is a great espresso that definitely has notes of chocolate that pairs well with milk. I also enjoy drinking it without anything added .

Best coffee subscription period! I’ve been getting Thou Mayest coffee shipped to my home for the past five years. After searching local roasters we couldn’t find something that met our expectations.
Getting the delivery is fantastic, quality is consistent, and ounce for ounce it’s a much better deal than buying from one of the major coffee companies!

Less good than their typical, better than other’s dark roasts.
Probably my least favorite I have tried from Thou Mayest. As far as a dark roast goes, however, it was decent.
