Company refused to follow their specifically written Shipping & Returns policy. It does not mention for unworn pairs in the Shipping & Returns policy. They wanted me to pay for return shipping and only on unworn pairs. This would have been "at no cost to you" as the policy states and the representative stopped responding to my emails when I quoted the Shipping & Returns policy stated clearly on their website. I needed to go to my bank with proof they were refusing to follow their written Shipping & Returns policy to have the charges reversed.
