Amazing the second time

We have been slowly acquiring our set of dishes. We were eagerly awaiting the platter and sadly when it arrived the shippers had broken it. My wife called and sent a picture of the broken platter and you sent a new one right away. That was great customer service. The new platter is amazing and we didn’t have to wait forever. It is more amazing the second time because you cared. Grazie Mille
