I don’t eat a lot of hot sauce because the heat comes on and over takes the flavor. I found this at the dutchess county fair (was disappointed when I couldn’t find them last year) and fell in love with this stuff! It’s sweet and has a little heat that doesn’t over throw the flavor. Really good stuff
