Great Quality

This girdle is very well-made, quite high quality. Unfortunately, it was a tiny bit too small, but I’m so impressed with it that I am going to buy a second one in the correct size, lol! I would definitely recommend this item, and overall I’m hooked on Marena for all of my post-surgical needs.

Never again with this company!

I recently had body contouring and need a compression garment for the first six weeks of recovery. I ordered some cheap garments from Amazon at first, but based on my surgeon's recommendation, I decided to splurge on this garment from Marena. I measured myself twice before ordering, since I saw the return policy, and all my measurements were within the Small parameters on their size chart. I even paid for rush shipping, in hopes I'd have it for a trip I was taking. When I received the garment, it was WAY too small, constricting me so much that I started to go numb. I couldn't even really get it on, let alone fasten it. When I contacted customer service, I had two negative interactions which made it very clear that the company has no regard for customers, even those who are recovering from recent surgery. I was told that, at best, I might get a "happy customer coupon" - and the person who offered me that did not even follow up afterward, as she assured me she would. Not that it matters, as I am not a hapyp customer. The garment itself was no better quality than the Amazon ones I ordered for 1/5 the price, and Amazon does free returns. Even if it had been better quality, though, the customer service is so lacking that I would never order from here again, and I've informed my surgeon's office that future patients should not waste their time and money here. I'm only posting this because I don't want anyone to have to endure the lack of consideration and financial loss just trying to meet their medical needs.
