Great start to my day 7 Spice Blend

I can't imagine a time when I won't want to add this lovely blend to my morning coffee. It just add a taste of luxury.

Very pleased with the 7 spice blend. I sprinkle it on my breakfast cereal or banana daily and I do find an improvement.

i don't think it's doing anything

I've been taking this for a good few months now and i can't say i feel any different for taking them, i had hi hopes but i feel like i'm just wasting my money not for me
