Hi ladies! I'm so so so obsessed with your jewelry and I'm over the moon with my purchases and will definitely be purchasing more when I get the chance. However, the only feedback that I can give is that I reached out 3-4 times to the customer service team regarding a variety of different questions and never received a response. A couple emails were regarding the care of the 'Black Diamond Solo' ring as well as some specific engraving questions for a few Christmas gifts I had in mind that I did end up having to go a different direction for. Again, love the product, I would just be even more passionate about the brand if I knew the team and support behind it! Best, Danielle Davila
