Bison Standing Rib Roast

Very Good

Not bad. But would have liked for the price more marbling and a tad more fat. Also I had to brine where your competitors was not needed and therefore not as salty. But I do like your people and paitience and kindness on the phone.

The bison standing rib roast was slightly disappointing due to its price, as there was quite a bit of gristle. Prefer the regular prime rib roast without bone that we got previous two years. That is a superb cut. Also, this took twice as long to cook. Overall, excellent flavor and meat that didn’t have gristle was very tender and delicious.

Good stuff!

Very good flavor but there were a few tough spots. We didn’t have steak knives out.
