Bison Top Sirloin Steak

Just cooked the bison top sirloin last night. Both my husband and I thought it was a prime piece of meat, and the 12 was just perfect for the 2 of us. I did some research on cooking bison as this was our first purchase of this meat, and I found that only 5 minutes at 500F was the ticket.

Amazing cuts and taste was amazing. It was a hit. I’m not a fan of grass feed beef. But this tasted like nothing else. Definitely buying more. Shipping was fast and packed well
