I decided to give BiSaddle a try because the saddle I had been using for years was resulting in saddle sores from time to time. I wasn't sure what to expect from BiSaddle, and my initial reaction wasn't all that positive based on recommendations of saddle width based on sit bones measurements. However, I connected with Ms. Frederique in BiSaddle support. She was extremely helpful and I felt she was an advocate for me. She made several suggestions regarding my bike setup and also made suggestions relating to what I liked about my old saddle that I was replacing. The process of adjustments to the BiSaddle took about 10 days, but I learned a lot about how to set up a BiSaddle. First, there ARE limits to the adjustments, and you need to be willing to try setups that may not seem to make sense, at least at first. For example, be willing to go "wide" in the rear to see where your sit bones sit on the saddle. I actually went wider than I thought I would need to go, but this actually was the best setup for me. Also, I preferred the saddle wings being "rounded" so I purchased the wedge kit at Ms. Frederique's suggestion. This turned out to be the solution for me...rounding wedge and wider than I thought I would need.
In the end I have a saddle that is now comfortable for me and allows me to ride longer without discomfort. I am now a "fan" of Bisaddle. The saddle I purchased is being used on a smart trainer for Zwifting, but I will look to replace my road bike saddle with a BiSaddle at some point in the future.
Thank you BiSaddle for working with me, and kudos to Ms. Frederique in Customer Support for being an advocate for me, and working with me to resolve the concerns I was having with my new saddle purchase.

I'm still making adjustments as it's not quite right yet.
