Charged for an ice pack?

It’s strange to be charged $5 for an ice pack in July when ordering items that can melt. This should be included for obvious reasons. It was completely thawed and liquid upon arrival.

Ice pack was completely thawed so did nothing to keep marshmallows from being sticky. Would not buy this again
