Our teen son is incontinent at night. We ordered this once before and it lasts a year before ripping in the center. I re-ordered a Twin-sized and received a full-sized. I can still use it although it isn't what I had ordered. I figure it will only last around a year again and then I'll see if they send me a Twin-size.
