Have not installed it yet but I know it's the right part.

The stator mounting holes are placed differently then old stator and position of the coils (two taped ones) are in different positions. Do not know if this makes any difference and I still do not have any voltage generated by the new stator

8 coil stator

Be careful when ordering replacement parts. The stator I picked out looking to be the best fit, didn’t fit inside the original flywheel. Possibly should have ordered a matching flywheel at the same time. And no return on electrical parts.
