Chile Mojo is a great store overall - easy ordering process online (with pickup available) and friendly staff. The ground Anchor I got was well-priced and great quality. It pairs well with ground Chipotle - I've been adding it to my beef and lamb chilli, as well as into beef burgers and even on my ribeye steaks. Highly recommended!
