El Yucateco Picante Negra

This was an exciting find. The charcoal and toasting gives this sauce a completely unique taste that is worthy of a top place in any collection of chilli sauces. I love it, and will be getting it again and again. It isn't fire in a bottle: it is barbecued habanero chilies selected and selected for the very best taste experience.

Black perfection

This heavy, deep sauce is everything I'm looking for. I've had this on everything from McDonald's cardboard burgers to eggs poached in black beans and even on sushi, and it's such a great all-rounder. I'm so glad I found this one - it's the one all the rest have to live up to.
