No.09 Oyster Folding Knife

This is my third time purchasing an oyster knife from Opinel so everyone in our family can have one at our oyster roasts. I love the locking feature, strength of the blade, and foldable feature of this knife. It goes everywhere with me just in case there is a pop up oyster roast in our area!

My First Opinel!

The folks at Opinel are first class to order from. Since I had never owned an Opinel I thought it was time to give one a try. I’m an EDC enthusiast and kept seeing Opinels time and again in various EDC displays. Something about the age of the company and design of their very simple wood and steel design appealed to my sense of nostalgia. These knives remind me of a time in our worlds history when things were much simpler and down to earth. I’m glad I purchased two of their offerings to add to my collection.
