The lightweight feel to the blade, but the center of mass being closer to the midsection is beautiful. Absolutely lovely

Love this size. It’s a perfect fit into the palm of my hand. The blade arrived very sharp. The knife came in a nice little box in excellent condition. The simplicity of this knife style and brand is its beauty and appeal. I’m in love and plan to buy additional no. 8 knives and will now try the kitchen knives as well.
