Awful upholstery

I ordered cognac color for my chair & waited weeks to get it but that was ok. When I got it a few days ago I thought it was a mistake since color was a muddy brown & not the golden highlights of the cognac color. I called to check & yes indeed that was the right color shipped. It appears to look cheap. Disappointing. In addition I would say the vibrations are very annoying and not at all useful- just jarring. The heat element is very nice but best of all are the various positions that are allowed on back and legs. So for that it is excellent. The other factors I mentioned make it not worth the high price for this chair.

We had our chair delivered about six weeks ago for my husband who suffers from back pain. Chair is great in helping him get comfortable. We ALSO paid $300 for the WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY service. We definitely did not receive! Large box was delivered by one man and left sitting in our living room. I personally unpacked, put chair together and broke down box so we could put in our trash dumpsters. I contacted customer service to ask for refund. Heard back within a day that they would take care of it. Its been 5 weeks and I still have not received!! Sent a SECOND request today. So, bottom line...would definitely order chair. Its great! Just be prepared to have poor follow up service. Or...just don’t pay for White Glove Delivery .

So happy I ordered this chair, it is comfortable and really relieves the stress on my lower back. Very stylish design, a little longer when reclined than anticipated. The heat option is awesome. Would like to have the massage stay on the lower back since that is the major reason for getting this chair. Over all very satisfied.
