Beautiful work....doesn't fit

Ordering and delivery was a bit more complicated than expected because of the USPS. Southern Trapper made it good by reshipping UPS no additional charge. Kudos. Difficulty in getting the pistol into the holster has frustrated me. I've been attempting to break it in, using ST's recommended method since receipt 3 days ago, still can't get relative ease in and out, and have to fight like a WWF guy to get the snap snapped. Still trying, is there anything else I should try?
