If Andy likes them, they must be good. The Emax Hawk Pro comes with 5x3x3 and 5x2.8x3 props. Andy likes/recommends the 2.8's, so that's what I chose to purchase as my spare props. My first outing with my Hawk Pro, I didn't have my rate switch set the way I thought and crashed pretty hard, so I was glad I already had spare props. These do tend to bend with just about every landing, even when doing the best landing I can muster. But, being my first 5" quad, maybe that's normal, or I just suck.
