Packs a ton of bright, roasty flavor. The taste and aroma of fire-roasted peppers is singular and unmistakable. Hot, but not super-hot. Delightful in a dish that's somewhat light/bright in flavor to which you want to add a dimension of depth. Versatile enough to be an all-rounder. Especially good on eggs and anywhere you'd use a bright salsa.
I love Melinda's fire-roasted habanero sauce, but Sacrifice was the sauce that converted me to the Angry Goat. The recipe is superb.
